Paying for dental care in Korea without Korean insurance
Reference fees, how quotes work, and which cards and wallets you can use, explained before you sit down.

Visitors without Korean insurance pay as private patients. At Guardians Dental, full-mouth scaling is ₩60,000 and other reference fees are published in our fee list. Your final fee is confirmed in writing before treatment, and you can pay in KRW or USD cash, by international card, bank transfer, or selected mobile wallets and QR payments.
Why clinics in Korea publish reference fees
Korean clinics disclose reference rates for non-insured treatment under Article 45 of the Medical Service Act. That makes it easier to compare before you travel. Your final fee still depends on your mouth, the materials and the complexity of your case.
